A rental appraisal letter can simply be obtained by having your property assess . We will take similar rental properties in the area into account and compare your property to estimate the likely amount of rent you'll receive. Some lenders may wish to carry out their own assessment. (small charge if traveling out of town)

Health Homes Appraisal .

The healthy homes standards introduce specific and minimum standards for heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture and drainage, and draught stopping in rental properties. We will keep and supply a report on our findings for each property

Arrange final inspections

We will arrange a time to do the final property inspection together. We will want to do a final inspection before we agree to refund the bond. If possible, the final inspection should happen once the tenant's moved all their belongings out and finished cleaning the property.

One Off Inspections

Rental properties should be kept in a reasonable state of repair. Both tenants and landlords have responsibilities for keeping the property in good condition.

Preparing home for next tenants

If necessary, remove clutter from the property . Get rid of rubbish and dirt. There's nothing worse than an untidy kitchen when carrying out a viewing. The potential tenant will want to see that the area where they will be preparing and eating food is in good order.
